The match-up of the year may take place this weekend in a battle of the Big 10 heavyweights between the Penn State Nittany Lions (#2) and the Ohio State Buckeyes (#6). This will definitely be the biggest test PSU’s faced this season and the most legitimate threat at ending their chances of finishing the season undefeated (PSU faces Michigan State (#16) next week).
The Georgia-Florida rivalry continues, this time in Jacksonville, so while it’s an away game for the Bulldogs they’ll be closer to home than if the game were played in Gainsville. Georgia will be looking to avoid the latest NCAA trend of teams moving up within the top 10 rankings, only to be plummeted down the next week following a loss to a less-skilled team. In other match-ups, Iowa State gets welcomed into the top 25 by a bout with the Horned Frogs of Texas Christian University (#4) on Saturday night, while the morning brings us a nice game between Oklahoma State (#11) and West Virginia (#22).
